75 Rubber One member Company Limited (Z175) has successfully researched and manufactured Pneumatic Fender designed in accordance with ISO 17357:2002(E). The product has a circular cylindrical profile, an inflatable compartment in the middle, a hemisphere at both ends, and the buoyancy and characteristics of the mattress can be adjusted.

The basic structure of a Pneumatic Fender consists of an outer layer of rubber that is resistant to the environment and sea water, in the middle, there are layers of reinforcement and an inner layer of rubber with high air permeability.           On the morning of December 21, 2021, at Rubber 75 One Member Limited Liability Company (Z175), a digital conversion contract signing ceremony was held between 75 Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company (Z175 Factory) and the company. Eastern Sun Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Indochina Electric Equipment Joint Stock Company (Indochina Electric).

          At the signing ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Chien Thang- Director of Z175 Factory spoke and emphasized “In 2021, 75 Rubber Company Limited has drastically and synchronously deployed management and governance. enterprises such as: building a quality management system IATF 16949: 2017; building a capacity framework; training corporate culture and maintaining the implementation of the kai zen-5S program… initially achieved the set results. However, in the coming time, the industrial revolution 4.0 will have a strong impact on the efficiency of production and business activities of enterprises. Defining the implementation of digital transformation is one of the key contents that need to be implemented in 2022 in order to soon complete the scientific and flexible business and production management system. 75 Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company is determined to cooperate with Eastern Sun Joint Stock Company and Indochina Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company to successfully implement the Digital Transformation project.

The implementation of the project “Digital Transformation” at Rubber 75 One Member Company Limited shows the Company’s determination to change from a traditional business model to a digital one. It is hoped that in the coming time, the implementation and application of the digital transformation project will help the Company improve management and governance, contributing to successfully completing all assigned tasks, building a strong unit all over the world face.

With the spirit of “fighting the epidemic like fighting the enemy”, over the past time, thoroughly grasping the Directive No. 579/CT-CNQP dated February 4, 2020 of the Head of the General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture on the prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains Corona virus, the Company has proactively and actively implemented many urgent and drastic measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

The Company’s leaders and commanders promptly established a Steering Committee for epidemic prevention and control; departments, workshops and each officer and employee always uphold the sense of responsibility, really being active “propagandists” who actively participate in and prevent the Covid-19 epidemic with many forms and practical and effective measures to prevent disease from spreading into the unit; at the same time, closely coordinate with superior agencies and local authorities where the unit is stationed to actively prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

The Company’s Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control has directed the military medical team to coordinate with departments and workshops to take many resolute measures in epidemic prevention and control such as: maintaining the temperature check of staff, employees (02 times/day) and customers entering and exiting the gate, organizing disinfection and spraying to ensure safety in the unit, not spreading it to the Company; organizing the supply of active masks for all officers and employees; equipped with hand sanitizer solution for departments and workshops; regularly cleaning floors, door handles of meeting rooms and working rooms with disinfectants; promptly organizing for officials and employees to declare the process of moving to take preventive measures to ensure safety.

Leaders and commanders of the Company have directed the authorities to actively propagate and educate to raise awareness and responsibility in epidemic prevention and control for all officials and employees on internal communication channels, Zalo, posters… absolutely not being subjective, negligent, but also not bewildered, afraid of the epidemic situation. In parallel with the prevention of covid-19

epidemic, the factory also maintains continuous production to ensure progress for customers; organizing training and retraining to improve occupational safety and health for workers throughout the Company. Up to now, the Company’s prevention of Covid-19 pneumonia epidemic has been well maintained, the absolute safety is ensured, the staffs and employees are assured of work, conscious of self-protection of personal health, limiting in coming to crowded places and determined to work with the Government, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture and the Company to repel the Covid-19 acute respiratory infection.

Along with the prevention of covid at the unit, responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the direction of the Prime Minister at the launching ceremony “All people support the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic”; to contribute to sharing difficulties with officers and soldiers of Military School – Hanoi Capital High Command during the welcome return of citizens from abroad, on the morning of April 1, 2020, the leadership representative, leaders and representatives of the Company’s Politics Department donated 3,000 masks and 100 bottles of antiseptic solution to staffs and soldiers of the School. Although the gifts are small, they are the companion and spiritual encouragement of officials and employees of 75 Rubber Co., Ltd to officers and soldiers of the Military School – Hanoi Capital High Command who are performing difficult and strenuous tasks on the front lines of epidemic prevention, as the spiritual motivation to create more confidence and excitement to continue to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

            Comrade Phan Chien Thang emphasized that in order to successfully implement the goals of 2021, the Party Committee and all Party members and employees need to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility at work, continue to promote the achievements, actively follow the market to optimize the planning work to bring the best efficiency to the Factory, strengthen the leadership role, set up goals and strive to complete objectives and tasks assigned to each officer and employee.

        At the ceremony, the factory organized “Thematic talk on studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style” to all officers and employees. The speaker of the program is Professor, Dr. Hoang Chi Bao – a famous researcher on President Ho Chi Minh. According to Professor Hoang Chi Bao, talking about Uncle Ho is not only for us to review his life and career, but also for each person to love Uncle Ho more, strive and study according to his ideology and moral example of Uncle Ho. The talk left a deep impression on the listeners’ hearts about Uncle Ho, the beloved leader of the Vietnamese nation.

This is a special program, a meaningful gift on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Army of Vietnam, increasing the strength of the people’s solidarity, improving cultural life, and defending the country.

75 Rubber Company Limited (Z175) is one of the first units in the General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture to apply the ISO 9001 Quality assurance system. From 2002 up to now, the Company has always maintained and effectively applied the ISO 9001 system to the operation of the unit. In order to continuously improve the process control capacity, the Company continues to receive the certificate of recognition of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard physicomechanical laboratory: in 2020, which creates the trust in customers with test results and product quality produced by the Company. With the goal of continuing to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance System, aiming to provide high-tech rubber products to the automobile, motorcycle, electrical, electronic assembly industries, etc.; the Company’s leadership and commanders have aimed to build a Quality assurance system according to IATF 16949: 2016.

IATF 16949: 2016 standard which is the international standard for Quality Assurance System developed on the basis of ISO 9001: 2015 but added stricter and more stringent provisions on quality system management. This standard is based on the basis of 08 Quality assurance principles, 05 core tools and the fulfillment of specific customer requirements, in order to develop a Quality assurance system for continuous improvement, focusing on defect prevention, reducing volatility and waste in the supply chain. This standard requires suppliers to focus on continuous improvement throughout the organization. IATF 16949: 2016 also requires the application unit to strengthen training to improve the capacity and awareness of employees and regulate the responsibility of employees for quality issues. The quality of human resources is covered in detail in such areas as process layout, design and development, process and product monitoring & measurement, and data analysis.

With the goal of passing IATF 16949: 2016 Quality assurance system certification in 2022; 75 Rubber Company Limited (Z175) started organizing training to improve the level of the IATF 16949 Quality assurance system and necessary skills for internal assessment professionals with the guidance of experts from EFFICIENCY CONSULTING COMPANY LIMITED – ECO for short from May 15, 2021. Those will be the core internal experts in evaluating and improving the Company’s Quality assurance system in the coming time.

To achieve IATF 16949: 2016 Quality assurance system certification, 75 Rubber Company Limited (Z175) still has a lot of concerns; however, with the determination of leaders, commanders, and all employees, the company’s goal on producing rubber parts for domestic and export enterprises will only be the matter of time.

In implementing Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 17/CT-UBND of Hanoi City People’s Committee on implementation of social distancing for prevention against Covid-19, Z175 Factory is always proactive, creative, and drastic to promote synchronous implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures both inside and outside the unit, specifically:

• The Factory Command and the Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control actively grasped the epidemic situation across the country and the area where the unit was located; thoroughly implemented the documents, instructions and directives of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Defense Industry, and coordinated with local authorities in implementing epidemic prevention and control measures; clearly assigned responsibilities to each member of the Steering Committee.
• Maintain strict implementation of the ‘5K’ epidemic prevention measures according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health; disinfect hands, measure body temperature of officers and employees before entering the unit; maintain regular mask wearing and require 100% of officers and employees to register to commit not to go outside unless absolutely necessary.
• Organize the implementation of the â€? togethersâ€?(eat together, live together, work together), ensure a 3-meal-a-day diet for officers and employees temporarily residing outside Z175 residential for epidemic prevention; make use of available infrastructure (kindergarten, military medical establishments, dormitory) to make rooms for officers and employees to stay in the unit; coordinate with Xuan Son Commune Police and Z175 Residential Group to set up 3 pandemic checkpoints at the Residential Group, and minimize contact with outsiders, and maintain absolute safety.
• The factory actively cooperated with the local government where the factory is located, specifically the Health Center of Son Tay Town, on July 28, 2021, to organize vaccination against Covid-19 (1^st dose) for 100% of officers and employees.
• Organize production with maximum distance to limit contact; arrange shifts and work crews reasonably (indirect labor is divided into 02 shifts, and direct labor is divided into 03 shifts) to both ensure good epidemic prevention and meet the progress required by customers and complete assigned tasks.
• Minimize the entry of outsiders into the unit. Customers coming to work or suppliers of goods from provinces must have a negative confirmation for SARS-CoV2 by PT-PCR method within 72 hours or perform an antigen rapid test measure at the Military Medical Center of the unit.
• Promote propaganda on the epidemic situation on the internal radio system, broadcasting at workshops (04 times/day) and through social networks Zalo, Fanpage, etc., to raise awareness for officers and employees; build the will and determination, strive to complete the “dualâ€?task which is ensuring the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic and maintaining production and business development.
